Hi, Stephen. My wife Lynn and I recall our Grand Cru wine tour of Burgundy with you (back in 2013!) with great affection. At the time, Lynn was a great fan of fruit driven Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. She thought that Burgundy wines tasted like dirt (yeah, that’s kinda the point) but now she won’t drink anything EXCEPT Burgundy. “From little things, big things grow” as we say in Australia.
