Mythical is the superlative that best describes this vintage where all the ideal conditions combined to make this an exceptional vintage: in other words a perfect vegetative cycle.
July was very sunny and dry, with only a small amount of hail, without consequence. The dry conditions slowed the maturity, just the right amount of rain and a north wind to dry the grapes.
During the harvest, the pinot noir grapes showed a thick skin and the chardonnay a perfect balance between sugar and acidity.
The whites were rich and aromatic, and will keep for many years and the reds have a great structure and elegance.

My advice: They are quite ready yet so if you have some, keep them in the cellar for now.
